MittFit’s mission is to simplify the world of health and fitness to allow thousands of people to achieve the results they want while also leading a lifestyle full of their favourite things. We achieve this through our group and personal training sessions, our free seminars in the community and our work with local schools and businesses.
All of our locations have everything you need to get the best workout possible in just 45 minutes. Although the sessions are run on a group basis, your coach will be able to personalise each workout to you making it accessible to all fitness levels, irregardless of experience.
Our core values are centred around giving our clients the best experience possible. Not only do you have access to an expert coach both inside and outside of sessions, you’ll also be part of our incredible community where fellow MittFitter’s will be more than happy to give you a helping hand to ensure you stay on track.
MittFit’s passion for health and fitness is not just limited to its clients. We are on a mission to help educate 100,000’s of kids across the UK to have a better understanding around exercise and nutrition. We are achieving this by holding FREE workshops for schools up and down the country. These workshops are suitable for anyone 4 years and above so if you’d like us to pay your school a visit, just reach out!
The 90-day Challenge is a great kickstart for those first joining us here at MittFit. It gives them the opportunity to work closely with one of our expert coaches to set realistic goals, better understand their nutrition and install the habits it requires to achieve and sustain great results. With weekly check ins and coaching calls we ensure each client is getting the exact help they need in a fully personalised programmed based around their lifestyle and their goals. This is our surefire way of getting results for each client we work with.
