WHAT WE DO
Through free educational workshops and his meal delivery service, Joe has personally educated 1,000’s of children and has hand delivered over 1,000 meals to children on Free School Meals via the HAF Camp programme in 2022 alone. Giving back to the community is a huge part of the MittFit Ethos and we will endeavour to help as many kids as possible for as long as possible.

CONSULTATION
We agree a date and time with the school to run the free workshop - typically done over Zoom so any school can take advantage of this.

ASSESSMENT
We run the workshop for as many students and teachers as possible aged 4 and above
